It is accessed via the rear alleyway, from which you can then access the home via the rear gate and ramp to the rear sliding door of the home. There are some all-day free spots down Sydney Ave, a 4-minute walk from the property WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US Step inside and follow the hallway as the home gently unfolds, where deep olive vertical panelling and soft neutral ceilings set a calm, moody tone from the moment you arrive. Warm overhead pendants cast a gentle glow above, guiding you past four thoughtfully positioned bedrooms—two at the front, two further along—each designed as its own quiet retreat. Within each room, natural timber joinery, built-in desks and wardrobes are paired with warm LED accents, while bedside wall sconces create a soft, ambient light perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Settle in with your laptop for a slow morning of work, unwind with a movie in bed, or simply enjoy the stillness of your own private space before joining the rest of your group. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, complete with a vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower, while the final bedroom features a spacious, accessible ensuite designed with ease and comfort in mind. You will have private access to the entire four-bedroom home and one rear carpark. PLEASE NOTE: Whilst the bathroom to Room 4 is ACCESSIBLE, the ROOM ITSELF is a bit TIGHT, with limited space around the bed for a wheelchair.
