Our stay was very comfortable, the house is spacious and well located, close to a train and bus station. The room is comfortable, and the shared areas have everything you need for a good stay. The managers are very friendly and respond quickly to any questions. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful accomodation. Suite was very clean, bed was comfortable, rooms were lovely. We had a 2 bedroom suite with shared, interconnected bathroom. Excellent kitchen area and such a big and beautiful shared lounge area. Host was so accommodating, helpful and flexible and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Apartment was very clean and new, it is part of an overall number of apartments within the building, and you share the downstairs area with the other apartments. You have your own kitchen and toilet. Location was good for Belmont, but need a car to get around, I was in the area to drive the Great Ocean Road, if I did not have a vehicle, getting around would have needed a taxi. Overall very good experience, Clarisse was quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful.

Mum and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here, it truly felt like a special getaway! The location was perfect, and having air conditioning in the tent was a real luxury. We especially loved the 2.5 km nature walk starting right from the campsite, and the nearby pub in Maiden Gully (Pratty’s Patch), just a short drive away was a great spot for dinner.

A nice space with lovely big private bathroom. The two sleeping rooms are at opposite end so no problem if one person snores. :) Our unit was the front rooms of a house conversion to AirBnB accommodation which was nicely done. It is in a quiet suburban setting yet just minutes from the Belmont high street. We had a lovely stay and would be very happy to stay there again. H & A.

We had a lovely time celebrating a milestone in our family. The Mannor was a perfect location close to all the amenities and great restaurants Geelong has on offer.  It is quite a unique accommodation to celebrate a large group event with ample rooms and large common areas to accommodate all at the property.  Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful and serene getaway for solos or couples. Very peaceful and if you’re lucky, great neighbours to share the space with! Kangaroos often come out of the vineyards and watching the sunsets and sunrises are the perfect restful activity. There is also a 2.5km walking loop that is very easy and enjoyable. The tent itself was lovely. Structurally sound with beautiful, clean furniture. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and ready to use. As the check-in time is late (3pm), consider at least two nights to get as much value for your money as possible! Other than that, the instructions, location, amenities, and actual stay was lovely.

A great stay, the apartment was a lot bigger than I expected and a huge bath tub! Used the very limited gym, the pool and hot tub were great and very quiet. A tiny bit more admin than your usual Airbnb booking as Regional Escapes operate through air bnb, so had to input my details again onto their website prior to checkin.

Conveniently located, about a three minute walk to the beach. Simply furnished and private, pool was easily accessible and the lift access to the room was great as we had a pram with us.

Paper thin bed sheets, run down apartment with damaged furniture, no smart TV and over grown palm trees blocking views and also knocking against windows all night keeping you awake. Wouldn’t recommend

The apartment is in a great location - close to the Esplanade and to a wonderful variety of restaurants - and was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The hosts were great at communicating and the check-in instructions clear. Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of action and the pump to the apartment's spa bath didn't work (an issue that the hosts were glad to have pointed out so they could rectify), and the TV has lost its 'smarts',  I suspect, but these minor issues didn't really mar our stay to any great extent and we would happily stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a comfortable & spacious unit. Very tidy and although some chilly nights the central heating was quick & easy to use. Great location just a short walk to the beaches & several walking paths along the spectacular coastline. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. A large palm is right in front of balcony blocking view but wouldn’t stop a return stay. Would definitely return again. Host was responsive and check-in straightforward.

The location is PERFECT! the host is very kind, caring and reposnive. the apartment itself is nice, easily accessible for all abilities thanks to the elevator. plenty of great coffee, food& shopping and the main beach is only about 100m away.
however, for the price being charged/ night, and considering we had a multi-night stay, As an absolute minimum, all of the in house facilities MUST work and the apartment should be spotless. this room has a washer/dryer available but be aware - The dryer does not work! & neither does the in room spa bath jets. we also sat down on the couch with a heap of old crumbs, food scraps and pop corn clearly visible around the floor of the couches.
when we asked if there were more towels available, as we had wet towels due to the dryer not working, it was said it was "impossible" to get some some and insinuated that we should have known to hang the towels after washing 🤷🏻‍♂️ if it wasn't for perfect location and great host it would be a 3 star at best.

We walked the beach  basically every day, enjoyed local walkable eats, and the grocery store options are not far away! 
There was a nice bit of privacy on the deck to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air whichw as so lovely! 
The parking spot would be very beneficial in the busy summer months.
