This property is perfectly suited to a small family or couples getaway. On offer is the entire cottage home not shared by any other guests/owner. The cottage is charming and welcoming with its original features but has also been updated with fresh paint, carpets and bathroom in recent years. There are 3 bedrooms; main bedroom (Queen), second bedroom (Queen), third bedroom (Two singles in form of a bunk). All linen and towels provided. Please make sure to confirm total number of guests so correct amount of linen is provided. The bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom where you can enjoy a long soak in the large free-standing tub. The laundry sits by its side and is equipped with washer and dryer and seperate toilet. The rear yard is secure and offers plenty of space for activities including racket ball and summer BBQs on the deck. There is a double gate which allows for a car to be parked within the rear yard should you wish. Our stay in Gladioli Overall a very good location for us - close to our resident family. Nice older suburb.House old and worn but that was expected. Cleaning utensils somewhat lacking - vacum cleaner and brooms old and ratty and not really suitable for purpose. Bathroom fine. Thanks for making our stay easy.

Great location Great location! Quick walk/drive to the beach, cafes, restaurants & shops. The street is a bustle of activity with the cafes & shops in the area but it quietens down at COB.Three spacious and comfie bedrooms/beds. Bathroom lovely. Kitchen amenities fine although we had to be vigilant with food due to ants. The aircon did not work well and I had to report it to property manager. Fortunately the weather was quite mild.The lounge only has a 2 seater couch and 2 seats which isn't ideal for a house that sleeps 6.
