Little Malop Escape is a stylish and comfortable apartment perfectly located for a stay in the heart of Geelong. Location is key, and our property is just a 2-minute walk away from the vibrant CBD, offering an array of fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore at your leisure. You'll also find yourself only a short stroll away from the picturesque Geelong Waterfront, where you can enjoy stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.
Parking is sorted with a secure garage for one car. Please NOTE that there is a height limit of 2m for the garage. There is on-street parking available also should you not be able to fit into the garage.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a delightful stay. You enter the property on the ground floor, stepping into the living area at the front of the home, furnished with a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The living area is separated from the rear of the home via a hallway which both the European laundry and powder room come off. The dining area, kitchen and outdoor patio complete the downstairs layout. The dining room has seating for 4 guests along with a study desk for those needing to do some work or study. The kitchen itself is fully equipped and features gas hot plates, an electric oven and a dishwasher.
Heading upstairs a central bathroom with a shower and bath and separate toilet service the two bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, wall-mounted TV and access to its own private balcony with views of the city skyline.

Perfect place for either a long or short stay. Comfy, good amenities , would definitely stay again Great, conveninent little apartment well located to the city centre. Clean, comfortable and well appointed with offstreet parking. We had a few small issues with our stay which are easily fixed:
- Kettle did not work
- Thermostat was switched off when we arrived so took some time to work out why there was no hot water (and no signage to help with this)
- There was some dirt left in the bathroom sink
- With aircon downstairs only and no way to open locked window in master bedroom upstairs, sleeping was very hot with no breeze (had been 37 degrees the day we stayed)
Once these issues are sorted this is a great place to stay. Light bright, super clean and comfy! Despite the issues listed above, I enjoyed my stay, and would be happy to return next time (provided the above issues ge
