The property consists of 5 individual studios available to book separately or multiple at the same time for larger group bookings. Only a 5 min drive to Epworth Hospital, Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni or Waurn Ponds shopping centre and under a 15 min drive into Geelong CBD. Public transport is also available with a bus stop within a 200m walk.

Debbie's place was a great spot to stay before we got on the spirit! Comfy & close! Grateful for this home away from home. This is a great value stay per night for accommodation that feels like your own bedroom instead of a hotel. A generously sized room with thoughtful decor, a very modern look and feel and located in a safe neighbourhood with easy access to the main highway for sightseeing. Wonderful restaurants and supermarket nearby. I loved having the courtyard area to sit and get fresh air. Thank you again for giving me a safe place to call home for a while. Excellent value for money
