‘Atherton Retreat’ is well appointed with all the essential amenities including WiFi, Smart TV and secure rear yard (Sorry no pets). Enjoy the summer days under the alfresco area looking out to the newly landscaped rear yard. You’ll love coming home after a day at the beach or from exploring the Bellarine /Surf Coast to enjoy a wine whilst the kids burn off their extra energy playing in the rear yard.
Internally the property consists of 3 bedrooms, main with queen and ensuite, second bedroom with queen and third bedroom with queen. Ideally sleeping up to 6 guests. The main bathroom features shower, bath and vanity with separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher and large pantry. The feature of the kitchen is the beautiful island stone top bench.
The house has ducted heating throughout and split system air conditioning in the main living room, 2nd bedroom and Master bedroom.
You will have access to the entire yard and house however no access to the garage. There is still parking for 2 cars off street in the drive way.
The property is situated in Armstrong Creek. A hugely popular suburb on the fringe of Geelong. It offers easy access to the city or our coastal towns and wineries.

Great place to stay! First time booking through regional escapes and using their independent booking website but it was fairly easy to navigate!
Would stay here again This house was beyond amazing! It truly had everything we needed – and then some. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The instructions provided made everything hassle-free and convenient.
The house itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It had such a welcoming atmosphere that we instantly felt at home. The style and decor were tastefully done, creating a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.
We honestly didn’t want to leave! We could’ve easily stayed here longer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, stress-free getaway. Can’t wait to return! Thank you so much Debbie for hosting our family at Atherton Retreat. The house was lovely & clean. We were so happy with the space & enjoyed using the great sized kitchen for lots of cooking & chatting.
Loved walking to the local park with a big slide & pirate ship at that dusky time of night for park time with kids. Walked around the new wetlands and so impressed with how it's been established for bird life etc. Loved the artworks & chats around the dining table. Memories were made. It was a great, easy, family base for all the summer activities in the area. Thanks again. We had a pleasant stay at this relatively new property in Armstrong Creek. The location was fantastic for our family, with a lovely playground just a short walk up the street and shops conveniently less than a 5-minute drive away. The home itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
There were a couple of minor hiccups, such as the key code initially being incorrect, but the host was very prompt in resolving this and checked in to ensure we had access. Additionally, the outdoor furniture and floors could have used a bit of extra cleaning.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the host’s responsiveness. The location and amenities made it a great choice for a family getaway.
