Welcome to ‘Bellarine Apartment’… A self-contained, modern and private apartment located a stones throw from the beach. Approx. 15 min walk into town and 5 min walk to the Beach at end of the street. Perfect for a couple’s getaway.
‘Bellarine Apartment’ features a generous light filled bedroom with direct access to bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, electric stove top and convection oven/microwave. Outside, there is a seating area, an Electric BBQ for use stored in the Pantry. There is a washing machine inside and external laundry trough.
The property is situated above the second garage for the main residence however has its own access and drive for you to enter and leave as you wish.
Please note the stairs inside to the apartment are quite steep and not particularly suited to anyone with mobility issues or young children.

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped apartment. A great location within walking distance to the beach. However, we were disappointed with the bath towels which were all stained. We contacted Regional Escapes, their response was, we will try to get in touch with the cleaners. Still waiting for the cleaners....... Great little apartment, very clean and comfy and we had a lovely time, however, couple of things to note. 1. There is a pod coffee machine provided which should be stated in notes. 2. No bbq on patio which was listed as provided. 3. Patio windows were filthy and sliding screen doors very unstable. 4. Would be beneficial for a folder of brochures/recommendations from previous guests. 5. A couple more drinking glasses would be handy. Stunning, new property. Super clean.
Beach 2 min walk. Quiet location. Debbie was very responsive.
