The property consists of 6 individual studios available to book separately or multiple at same time for larger group bookings. Only a 5 min drive to Epworth Hospital, Waurn Ponds Deakin Uni or Waurn Ponds shopping centre and under a 20 min drive into Geelong CBD. Public transport also available with bus stop only a 450m walk.
Room 2 is one of the largest rooms on offer. It comprises of a bar fridge and kettle, large open plan living/bedroom with King bed , King Single and private bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin. You will also have access to outside courtyard direct from your room.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with, making our experience even better. My parents and I truly enjoyed our time here, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Great accommodation for a small two night getaway to the beach with our dog. Property is a bit like a mini-motel room with a perfect enclosed courtyard to keep your dog safe. Very clean and with all the amenities you need. We didn’t use the common areas as we had no need to but all were well looked after. The small kitchenette in our room was perfect for our needs. Only thing we did note is that the doors are quite loud in the building and this caused our dog to bark a little as people are coming and going. Location is great in a quiet residential area but an easy drive to the main beaches in the area. Perfect place for a couple of nights at the beach.
