Amenities
The property is great and really big. The separate apartment is a great addition and worked well for our family. There were some maintenance issues which were rectified in a reasonable time, some were also reported by the previous visitor, so frustrating that we also had to report and finally got the problem solved. Overall we were happy with our stay. I found a few minor maintenance issues. No wood 4 firepit. Took us ages to clean the BBQ so we could use it. Rubbish bins full, being this time of the year yard maintenance crew should have done a tip run not just pile it up out in the street I had to tear up boxes etc. so they'd fit into bins & not blow around. I feel the cleaning fee is exorbitant. It should be scaled. $200 for the 1st day then lesser for following days. They only have to change the linen & a quick whip around as per rules if we had left it dirty there would be an extra charge. I do realise this is for most AirBNB places so it's a general gripe.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Excellent size/amenities for our large family. I would recommend this house to others but maintenance crew needs to be more diligent. The broken toilet seat was an obvious one too. A
