Description
A 3-bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Geelong, adjacent from the GMHBA Stadium, 15 min walk for South Geelong Station and a 7 min drive into the CBD. With double garage access, Free Wifi, 3 bedrooms , this home is perfectly set up for a business or family base whilst you visit Geelong and surrounds, whether It be for a week or a few months.
The floor plan is laid out over two levels, with one flight of stairs.
You may enter from the front door or through the double garage which leads into the open living and dining area.
Starting with the fully equipped kitchen, which holds all the appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils you need to cook for your crew throughout the stay. Including a fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and Espressotoria Piccolo Coffee Machine.
Flowing off the kitchen you have the dining area which sits a 6-seater glass table with an air conditioner above that services the lower floor. To the side you have the Lounge room which hosts a plush three-seater couch, and Smart Tv with Free WIFI Available, all showered in light from the large windows that look out to the courtyard. Tucked to the left is the laundry which includes a trough and washing machine, with a dryer in the garage. The laundry leads out to the secure courtyard with a clothesline, garden beds and pathway which wraps around the rear of the home.
Returning to the entrance, down the hall you have the powder room fit with a large vanity and toilet. The third bedroom sits at the front of the house on the ground floor, a quant room fit with a cushy king single bed.
Up the one flight of wooden stairs fit with handrail, opens to the landing where you can access the two other bedrooms and main bathroom.
Starting with the Main bedroom to the right, which entails an air-conditioner, Queen bed, two bedside tables and large walk through robe, providing private access to the main bathroom. The modern main bathroom comprises of a bath, vanity with large mirror, shower and toilet.
Coming out of the bathroom and back onto the landing, you have the second bedroom to the left, this bedroom consists of a queen bed, two bedside tables and built in wardrobe with views over Newtown homes.
Off street parking is available in the double garage.

Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect. There is access to the double garage at this property.

The property is located in Geelong, adjacent to the GMHBA Stadium, Kardinia park and Aquatic Centre and right behind 7-Eleven for quick snack or fuel up. A 10 minute walk to MoPa: Museum of Play and Art, Recess Bar + Eats or Centra. A 25 min walk or 7 minute drive into the centre of Geelong CBD and an 8 min drive to Eastern Beach.
Getting Around

Amenities
A great property in an ideal location, we felt right at home and Debbie was very attentive to our needs. i couldn't fault the place place i stayed at. i always try and book accommodation through regional escapes. always responsive if questions need answered. Overall it was a nice place to stay, a good walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very close to train line and level crossing so regularly hear train horns, luckily the trains don't run as much at night. Place was easy to find and tucked away on a private street. Home was clean and tidy and as described in pictures. Host was very good with communication and offering her time if needed. We weren’t aware we were right next to the train (which I should have researched) which the horn was consistently going off through the night however, was doable.
Home was spacious and close to CBD. Overall a beautiful clean and tidy home which made for a wonderful getaway for my family. We would stay again should we visit Geelong in the future.
