The property comprises of four individual rooms fit with digital locks, with their own private bathrooms, queen bed and study areas that can be booked separately or together for larger groups. The house also includes common spaces of a full kitchen, lounge, laundry, and backyard with outside dining area. Please note this listing is for one private room and bathroom. You will share the living, dining and lounge facilities with other travellers Flannagan’s Rest is the perfect property if you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay whilst you visit Geelong, whether it be for work, study or visiting friends. Located in the relaxed suburb of Armstrong Creek, a 5 min drive or 9 min bus ride to local shops and eateries, and a 15-20 min drive or 40 min bus ride to Geelong CBD, Torquey, Deakin Waurn Ponds Campus or Epworth Hospital. The communal living aspect of the property allows you to connect with other travellers and make long lasting friendships especially for those travelling solo. The common areas are cleaned regularly and if you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange to have your room cleaned and linen changed over on request for a small fee. The private rooms themselves feature a Queen Bed, side tables with lamps, a study area, smart TV, built in wardrobe and private bathrooms. All but one room have an ensuite, with room two having private access to the large main bathroom which includes a bath. All rooms and main bathroom are fit with digital locks to allow private access. The home is fit with multiple Split System Air Conditioners to keep the house to a comfortable temperature. You will have access to all the common spaces of the property, which includes the fully equipped kitchen with all the crockery, utensils, appliances you will need to cook during your stay and store your items in the allocated fridge, freezer and pantry spaces. The open kitchen and living area also consists of a breakfast bar, 6 seater dining table and 3 seater lounge looking onto the large smart TV where you can kick back and relax with others and keep cool under the air conditioner. You will also have access to the communal laundry with a top loader washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and items to help keep tidy like a stick vacuum, broom and mop. There is also a large clothesline outside where you can relax in the sun on the grass or on the 6 seater outdoor dining set. If you are bringing your own car, you may park in the driveway if there is a free spot or on the side of the street as to not block others in the drive. The parking is free and unmetered.
