Everything was great, the location, the amenities, the checkin process, the attention to the customer, just some minor cleaning and wear and tear damage but the host took care of it and shown to be responsible. We'll be back.

If a place advertises air con it should be the whole house. Not just a split system downstairs & nothing but a fan in the bedrooms. The compendium, if you can call it that as the plastic cover was ripped & stuff was crossed out & rewritten in pen says to leave the doors & windows open for air flow. So no privacy! Ever heard the saying cold air rises? It of course doesn’t but hot air sure does. The rooms were an oven & we ended up having to buy portable water cooled units from the good guys to make it bearable. We spent 2 nights baking and had to rearrange our schedule and cut our great ocean rd drive short because I had to sleep downstairs in the morning because I got zero sleep thru the night & you can’t drive that road fatigued. All they said was ‘we’ve flagged this with the owners & maintenance’ As if you don’t know the A/C set up is inadequate already. Not sure how that helps us baking in the bedrooms either as it’s not like we’ll ever stay here again. Very very disappointing.

The host is very responsive and give useful information. The house is tidy and comfortable. But it is a little bit hot in the room during hot season as only fans are available in room.
