Ocean House a stunning 3 bedroom townhouse comprising 2 bathrooms including ensuite, shower, bath, and two toilets. Main bedroom with queen bed 2nd bedroom double bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunks. An exterior studio has a day/bed/couchbed. Accommodation for 8/9 people. The exterior studio is also a TV room for children, leaving the main living area for adults to enjoy their own entertainment.

The main living area has TV, DVD, video, stereo, iPod/iPhone speaker doc, piano and trampoline outside on the outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor seating, a lovely enclosed outdoor area, private and secluded for lazy summer BBQ’s. Ducted heating and air conditioning cap off this brilliant holiday home.
Aside from the main outdoor area, at the side of the house is another quiet area with plants, table and chairs, a relaxing area for reading, sleeping or just chilling out away from the main outdoor area. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glasses and everything you need (and and more) for holiday lazy day planning. The yard is fully fenced and private.
Ocean House is fully self contained, stylishly furnished and fitted out, polished concrete floors, stone benches complete the picture, Ocean House is spotless, and a fantastic holiday home destination. Ocean House is an ideal holiday destination for two families, or extended family stays, and is available all year week-ends, weekly and mid week stays.

Disappointing
When we arrived at the property, there was a very strong smell of a dead animal in the house. Despite letting Regional Escapes know straight away, it wasn’t until halfway through our stay that someone came out to the house. The vermin had died on or around the bunk bedroom, which meant we couldn’t use one of the rooms for the whole stay. Of course sometimes these things happen, but Regional Escapes managed it poorly. It was super disappointing experience because otherwise, the house was great - a really well equipped kitchen, and the games in the studio were enjoyed by our children. It’s really large and the photos don’t do it justice in terms of size. Very good location. We stayed for two nights and it was a lovely stay. Close to the town centre and easy to get around. The house was clean and spacious and best of all in a quiet neighbourhood. We had everything that we needed. Kids loved the activity area and the trampoline. Highly recommend. Excellent beach stay. Close to town, coffee and restaurants and perfect retreat after days at the beach. Will come back. A

Excellent and cool accommodation
Nice accommodation with nice location. Had good relaxing time with all amenities in house. We all loved and enjoyed our stay.
