A beach getaway down on the Bellarine Peninsula awaits. Located in the heart of Ocean Grove you will be a 200m walk to all the major shops, cafes, restaurants and 500m walk to the beach. This 2 bedroom home has all the added inclusions to make your stay stress free including full linen and towel service – Please make sure to book for correct amount of guests.
Central Terrace is well appointed with great furniture, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV in living room and spilt system heating/cooling in living area.
Internally the property consists of 2 bedrooms serviced by a central main bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and adjoining vanity. A front loader washing machine is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc and features a dishwasher, oven, electric hotplates, microwave, fridge and small dining table.
The outdoor courtyard is generous in size and enjoys the afternoon sun. There is outdoor seating for 4 and also a Weber BBQ on offer.
Situated a few minutes’ walk to the beach, river, golf clubs, bowling club and coffee shops. 4 minutes’ drive to Barwon Heads, 15–20-minute drive to Geelong, Torquay, Pt. Lonsdale, Queenscliff, Portarlington, Indented Head, St. Leonards, Geelong Adventure Park, Wineries, Red Brick Cider House, Bellarine Brewery, and Olive Groves.

So much to love about this air bnb. Communications with hosts were a breeze. The unit is positioned in a quiet spot but close to the beach, shops and cafes. The position is very handy for visiting other areas on the coast. Other residents on the site were quiet and respectful. Susanne

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, genau wie in den Bildern beschrieben. Nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in Laufdistanz zum Strand. Great unit with everything you need for a true beach holiday. Moments to shops and waterfront. Really comfortable bed and super quiet location. Nothing negative at all to say.
Booking and check in was outstanding. Thank you for hosting us. Great unit, so close to the Main Street. Would certainly stay there again.
