There are limits to the amount of noise you can make whilst staying at our holiday homes on the Bellarine Peninsula. The following is an excerp from the EPA Noise Schedule Policy.

Section 48A(5) of the Environment Protection Act defines noise as being unreasonable, if certain items of equipment are audible in a habitable room of a neighbour’s house outside of prescribed hours. The following table specifies the items of equipment and the prohibited hours under the Environment protection (Residential Noise) Regulations 2008. lt should be noted that equipment use outside prohibited hours may be unreasonable, depending on the circumstances of use….
