Parking will never be a hassle with our secure basement parking available for one car. Plus, accessing the apartment is a breeze as it is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via lift or stairs.

comments Clean & good amenities We would easily stay at this property again. Easy instructions on how to access property and with a gated carpark. Very helpful when I sent any messages a reply was received promptly, thank you Debbie & your team. Clean & good amenities were extremely pleased that some basics of alfoil, plastic wrap & small packets of basic instant coffee, tea, sugar. Noise, quiet, didn't notice any from other units & just a little road at times. There are a couple of supermarkets close with 15-20 min walk each way, or drive. Left car parked as walking distance from main foreshore within 10-15 mins you have so many choices for coffee, wine & eateries spoilt for choice (try Little Malop St & along Eastern Beach Rd). All in all if you stay you won't be disappointed. It's also a short drive to Torquay, Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, many wineries or hop on train it's just over an hour to Melbourne (cheap on weekends, with a purchase a myki card, station staff very helpful) info on public transport Vic.

comments Comfortable apartment Comfortable apartment with good amenities. Clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Location is good, close to the waterfront, university, and train station. A bit on the noisy side at night as on a main road.
