The Space:

Seaforth 220 is located on the second floor of the Oaks Seaforth complex. The apartment is accessible via lift from the entrance foyer. You will also have use of the basement car park for one car. The apartment itself comprises an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, one bedroom and a bathroom with built-in European-style laundry.

You enter the open plan space when stepping into the apartment. To the right is the dining area with seating for four around a round table and to the left is the kitchen. The kitchen is quite large for this size apartment and includes fridge/freezer, electric oven and hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster plus all the cutlery, utensils, pots and pans you would require to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen overlooks the main living area with a 2.5 seater sofa and armchair plus a large Smart TV and split system air conditioning. The bedroom is off the dining area and features a Queen bed, ceiling fan and robes. Completing the apartment is the bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower over bath.
The outdoor balcony is a large space where you will be spending most of your time. It overlooks the central garden space of the Seaforth complex and is accessible by both the main bedroom and dining area. There is a five-seater dining table and also café blinds that can be pulled down to keep the sun at bay in the evenings.

There is one basement car park available for use as per photos however please note large SUVs and utes may not fit within the space due to the storage locker at the end of the bay.

Please Note – No parties or large gatherings will be tolerated. We have lovely neighbours that we wish to be respected and have our details. Should there be excessive noise and complaints you will be asked to leave. So, if this is your intention you are better off looking elsewhere.

Guest Access
Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect.

The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Alexandra Parade in Alexandra Headland, known by the locals as ‘Alex’, a coastal town situated on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The township has a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere that complements the soothing rolling surf and inviting beaches. Alexandra Headland is also ringed by Mooloolaba, Buderim and Maroochydore with a superb coastal sweep to the north and bush foothills to the west.

Getting Around
If you’re not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus network accessible out the front of the property not even a 5min walk.
