The Space:

Step into this classic red brick home to be greeted by a fresh lick of paint and modern touches all around that maintain the character of the home and elevate the feel of freshness.
The home sleeps 8 with the added sofa bed, and is laid out over one level and consists of three bedrooms, a main bathroom, a kitchen, a living and dining room and an outdoor entertainment area. Following the entry of the home, to the left is the main bedroom with a King bed, followed by the second room with a Queen bed and built-in robes. The main bathroom is between the second bedroom and Third bedroom, which consists of a trundle bunk and kids play nook. The Main bathroom walls feature timber panels, bringing warmth to the white amenities of a shower, toilet and vanity with a hairdryer inside.
Across the hall from the third bedroom is the living and dining room, which entails a round 4-seater dining table, a three-seater fold-out sofa bed, two plush armchairs and a smart TV. The living room also hosts the split system air-conditioner which keeps the small-scale home cozy and comfortable year-round.
At the end of the hall, you will find the contemporary kitchen with lovely display cabinets and modern touches, including convenient appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, gas stove and washer & dryer machine tucked under the corner bench with an iron and stick vacuum in pantry.
Through the kitchen side door, you step onto the patio, which features a 4-seater outdoor set, where you can relax and enjoy the chirps of the birds resting in the tree beside you.
There is no garage access, however, the streets are quiet and free to park on.

Guest Access
The property is fitted with a digital lock, so you can head straight there at the time of check-in. 48 hours before your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the property’s location and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect any keys. There is NO access to the garage at this property, street parking is free.

The Property is located on York St in the suburb of Geelong, just outside of the CBD, being a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive into the heart of Geelong CBD shop, where you can enjoy many restaurants, cafes, and all types of shopping.
Also close by is Eastern Beach/Geelong Waterfront, a 7-minute drive or 30-minute walk along the coastline. For more cafes and eclectic shops, enjoy Pakington Street, a 15-minute walk away or a 4-minute drive.
For those travelling, Avalon Airport is a 20-minute drive away, Melbourne CBD is a 60-minute drive, and the other end, Torquay, is a 30-minute drive away.

Getting Around
If you’re not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus network accessible around the corner, about a 5 min walk from the property, on Mercer St/The Esplanade where you can catch Route 20 – Geelong Station – Corio SC. You can catch this route to The Geelong railway station or take a short 15-minute walk there. Ubers are also readily available in this area.
