A 3-bedroom townhouse located in the suburb of Highton just on the outskirts of Geelong CBD. Ideally suited to use as a Geelong base whether it be for business or personal use. Set up to be comfortable for longer stays of a week or a few months and sleeping up to 5 guests in total.

The Space:

The floor plan is laid out over one level. A central living/dining/kitchen area services the entire home with high ceilings letting in tons of natural light. The dining table seats 6 guests and there is seating for 5 in the living room. Free WIFI is available along with Smart TV. To the right of the living room, you have the third bedroom with a king single bed and views across Highton and Belmont. Heading to the left side of the property you will find the main bedroom with a queen, central bathroom with bath and shower, second bedroom with another queen bed and a separate toilet. The main bedroom includes a walk-in robe, views across Highton/Belmont and direct access to the central bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with 900mm free-standing oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and microwave. It is also fully stocked with all the essentials including pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery and utensils. You will also have access to the laundry with a front-loader washing machine. Gas ducted heating is available to keep you warm on those colder Victorian days.

Outside there is a secure courtyard with outdoing dining table. No BBQ is provided at this property. There is plenty of parking both on-street and off-street in the driveway and around the side access.

The property is located at the end St Catherine’s Drive in the suburb of Highton. You will be within 5 mins access to the Geelong Ring Rd and 10 min drive to local supermarkets and cafes at either the Highton Village or Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre. The CBD is a 15-20 min drive depending on traffic.

If you’re not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus network accessible at the end of the street, about a 5 min walk from the property. Ubers are also readily available in this area.

There is the equivalent of about one flight of stairs to the front door and rear yard access. Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect. There is NO access to the garage at this property.

We ask that every guest read and understand our booking terms summarised below. Breach of these terms may lead to the cancellation of your booking before or during your stay.

The guest needs to be 25 years of age or over to book the property and accept these terms.

1) Prohibited Activity
– Parties that cause disturbance to neighbours are strictly prohibited during your stay. Events, functions or visitors can be permitted upon prior request on initial booking. All our homes have noise monitoring devices installed. These devices do NOT record conversations and only monitor the db level in the room.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees.

2) Departure
– We ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and secure on departure. This includes washing of dishes or stacking the dishwasher and turning it on as you leave, rubbish placed in bins, all personal belongings removed from the property, securing windows and doors, turning off heating/cooling and turning off all lights.
– Please note that we will charge additional cleaning fees should you choose to leave the property in an unclean or untidy manner.

3) Cancellations
– Please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy once you have booked. We provide free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking regardless of the policy, allowing you time to acknowledge and understand the terms of your booking. After 24 hours the policy you have booked is now applicable. All refunds after this period will incur a 5% administration fee on the amount collected to cover the processing of the refund.

4) Damages, missing items or unexpected cleaning
– All breakages and damages must be reported to Regional Escapes. Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items. No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if an item/s is taken and not returned.
– Damaged, torn or stained linen, sheets, towels, donnas, quilts, pillows and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost
– If extra cleaning is required this is charged at a per-hour rate with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable.
– If there are any charges applicable after your stay we will communicate these with you including providing photographic evidence for your reference.

5) Pets
– Pets are NOT permitted at this property

7) Complaints
– If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us via the booking channel for assistance.
– We will require photos should you wish to claim reimbursement for any issues reported
– We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable stay. A high-level guest experience is of the highest priority for our entire team.

comments Loved the house Loved the area very quiet but close enough to shopping, cafes, walking trails and parks.. The house is very practical, neat & tidy and easy to keep clean. Oven door handle came loose just before Christmas but it was repaired promptly after I communicated to host via messages. Any concerns or problems ( minor) were answered promptly via messages and taken care of. Highly recommend using Airbnb this was our first time using it was very easy no stress self check in. We arrived earlier than planned and were able to check in early which was great! Loved the house loved the area and loved using Airbnb. Will definitely use again.

comments Spacious master bedroom A lovely home away home, in a nice neighbourhood. If the weather had been better, we could have walked to the little village-like shopping centre. Clean, well presented home, spacious master bedroom with lots of hanging space and storage. Lovely bright shared bathroom with master bedroom access. For friends staying together, a lock on the door could be helpful, but this didn't affect our stay.
