Welcome to ‘PierPoint 203’ a premium waterfront apartment located within the Geelong CBD. The floor plan consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms plus an onsite secure car park. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests very comfortably.

The Space:

‘PierPoint 203’ features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of cupboard space available and a 2nd living area/3rd bedroom with a premium fold-out sofa with a proper inner sprung mattress. There are two bathrooms that service the 3 bedrooms with the larger of the two featuring a bathtub. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers and toilets.

The main open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is generous in space and appointed with quality furniture including an electric reclining leather sofa. There is a SMART TV available and access to free WIFI. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, gas cooktop, an electric oven and a dishwasher. There is dining for 6 both inside and outside on the balcony.

You’ll have access to two balconies both with views of the waterfront. The main balcony has privacy screens that can be shifted to block the afternoon sun or open up the view of the adjacent park along with a gas BBQ.

You will also have access to a secure underground car park for one car.

KEY NOTES

Heating/Cooling – Split system air conditioning and heating in the main living area and spare room with fold-out sofa.

ACCESS: Keys will be placed in a key safe off-site. You will need to head to this location first, collect the keys then head to the property. The location is under 5 mins from the property. The property is located on the 3rd floor however there is lift access to all levels including the ground floor and basement car park.

Ideal location Very much enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal, walking distance to pier, beach, shopping centre and train station. Apartment was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for somewhere so central. Host was easy to communicate with and quickly to reply. Check in and out were seamless.

Great kitchen Our stay in Debbie's apartment was great. Great location which enabled us to leave the car in a secure car park most of the time. Walking distance to shops, waterfront, and tourist destinations. Interior was as described and pictured in the listing. Great kitchen with everything you needed to prepare meals (other than the ingredients!) Also loved being able to open the sliding doors to the patio's to let the fresh air in. Debbie and her team were quick to reply to any queries I had and very helpful.

Spacious apartment with great location The apartment was really spacious. the location is great within walking distance of the cbd and foreshore.
