Modern 3 bedroom beach house, multiple living areas, great outdoor space and only a 150m walk to Collendina beach and 200m to Cheeky Cow café.

The Space:

Plovers Rest is situated in a court just off Ocean Throughway. 5 minute drive to Ocean Grove Market Place and 5 minute drive to Ocean Grove Main Beach and Ocean Grove Main shopping centre.

Plovers Rest, has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd with queen bed, 3rd with 2 x sets of single bunks, accommodating up to 8 people. There are two bathrooms including ensuite. Main bathroom has bath and separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom is located at front of house with access to its own private patio area and the two additional bedrooms are at the rear of property separated from the master by 2 living zones.

The main living zone is an open plan set up with high ceilings, lots of glass looking out to outdoor patio, gas fire place, comfy couches and smart TV. There is also music system available, make sure to bring AUX cord with you.
There is plenty of dining space available with 8 seater dining setting inside, 6 seater outside and bar stools and the Kitchen breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils etc. There is also a coffee pod machine available.

Second living zone at rear of house is great space to break out and ready a book. This area can be closed off front the main part of the home for even more peace and quiet.

There is split system heating and cooling in master bedroom and the main open plan linving room.

Outside you will love the large deck area with undercover section with electric heating panel in roof for those cooler nights. Gas BBQ also available.

Double garage also available for use.

Perfect for walk So close to the beach and local cafe, it was perfect for a walk and grabbing a coffee or some breakfast. The house has lots of space for the kids to play inside and outside. We’d stay again.
